LCL Cargo is Less than Container Load. A term used to describe the transportation of small ocean freight shipments not requiring the full capacity of an ocean container – Usually less than 20 CBM (cubic meters). A freight forwarder may create a “Consolidation” by putting together multiple LCL shipments。

Valuepak Shipping

Sea freight Valuepak Shipping with minimum weight of 3kg, subsequent weight of 1kg.

The cost for Sea freight Valuepak Shipping is calculated according to Actual weight or Dimension weight, whichever higher.

Dimensions weight is calculate volume of parcel through calculation of (LxWxH)cm / 6000cm as weight of the shipment

Example: Item A，actual weight is 3kg

40cm x 40cm x 30cm	=	8kg Dimension weight
6000	=	8kg Dimension weight

the calculated weight is 8kg

Private Shipping Tax & Customs Clearance Service Included

Private shipping service included customs clearance & tax (door to door service), so please truthfully declare the goods name and the declared price when placing the order. No need to worry about import tax, consumption tax and other customs issues.

Regular Goods and Sensitive Goods

Two types of goods: “Regular goods” and “Sensitive goods”. Regular goods and Sensitive goods are used to distinguish inspection when exporting to other countries in China. If the sensitive goods are shipped using the Regular cargo, Inspection will not be able to pass or customs will be confiscated. You must choose right way or consult customer service before ordering to avoid loss.

Prohibited Item: weapons, animals, plants, currency, flammables, high pressure gas (spray), dangerous goods, alcohol, rice, drugs, tobacco, white powder and all IATA restricted items, etc.

**Spray type or pneumatic products West Malaysia can ship 1-2 bottles, East Malaysia is prohibited!

Regular goods	clothing, shoes, furniture, maternal and child supplies, sporting goods, magnet-free goods, books, electrical appliances(without battery)
Sensitive goods	skin care products, cosmetics, beverages, food, chemistry, perfume, nutrition/health products, pesticides, tires, face mask, (all branded products, customs filling sensitive customs clearance), medical products
Prohibited Goods	tobacco, explosive objects, dangerous goods, animals, tobacco, drugs, air-conditioning refrigerants, alcohol, rice, plants, logs, white powder, power bank, pure battery, lithium battery, medicine, high pressure gas(spray), toy guns, perfume

Attention for Prohibited Goods:

According to General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 79 of 2025, the items in the picture are all classified as strategic reserve materials. Export requires an export license; failure to do so will result in criminal prosecution. Please strictly adhere to these regulations and do not attempt to circumvent customs. Otherwise, you will bear the consequences yourself. Only by acting legally and compliantly can you achieve long-term success. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Starting from year 2026 onward, our company will no longer accept any of the following goods:
1. Steel plates, steel pipes, steel coils, steel bars, steel strips
2. Iron coils, iron plates, iron strips, iron bars, iron coils
3. Aluminum plates, aluminum strips, aluminum bars, aluminum coils, aluminum pipes
4. Galvanized coils, steel fittings (such as flanges, joints) – pipes, strips, bars, ingots, etc., of any shape, hollow or solid steel or aluminum.
Customs emphasizes that these are considered as war readiness supplies; an export license is required for export. Failure to obtain one will result in criminal prosecution. Please be aware.

Valuepak shipping process from loading to customs - customs → sailing → customs clearance → arrival → delivery → warehousing → delivery of noMYRal time 16-25 days (West Malaysia) 30-45 days (East Malaysia)

* Reminder: If there are customs investigations, weather effects, uncontrollable factors, will lead to time-varying deviations.

* Extra charge for trucks that cannot be transported to the island or some remote areas. Some remote areas can be confiMYRed by consulting customer service.

Automatic transfer from Private Shipping to Valuepak Shipping

When the warehouse is packaged and found that the cost of private shipping is higher than the valuepak shipping, our company will automatically help customers changes method. In order to allow customers to avoid the wrong method,worry about the higher shipping costs.

**If the dimensions of both sides are greater than 130cm x 80cm, or one of the size is greater than 240cm, or the weight of the goods exceeds 80kg, or the volumetric weight exceeds 80kg, additional MYR80/each will be charged

**For East malaysia: {restrict} Each side greater than 100cm or a single shipment more than 30kg. Please contact our customer service for further assistance.

About DHL Extra long overweight surcharge:

Starting from December 2025 onward, DHL will be adjusting the surcharge for overweight parcels. An surcharge of MYR 80 per parcel will be charged if any of the following conditions are met. Please pay attention to this adjustment to avoid exceeding your budget. Shipments will begin on December 1st. Thank you for your support and understanding.
1. Any one of the parcel is ≥30kg (more than/equal to)
2. Any one side of the parcel is ≥150cm (more than/equal to)
3. Total of the three side(Length + Width + Height) of the parcel is ≥250cm (more than/equal to)

Important notice for valuepak Sea Freight

(unit calculation method: 1.1kg, 1.2kg, 1.5kg in 2kg)
The cost for Sea freight Valuepak Shipping is calculated according to Actual weight or Dimension weight, whichever higher.
Package weight and volume calculations will be based on warehouse measurements as the final standard.
Each Parcel will be charged MYR 1.50 for package fee.
If the dimensions of both sides are greater than 130cm x 80cm, or one of the size is greater than 240cm, or the weight of the goods exceeds 80kg, or the volumetric weight exceeds 80kg, additional MYR80/each will be charged. You need to place a private shipping to avoid additional costs.
For East malaysia: {restrict} Each side greater than 100cm or a single shipment more than 30kg. Please contact our customer service for further assistance to avoid additional costs.
When the customer receives the goods, the difference of 1cm is noMYRal. Because the handling process squeezes the collision, the box will inevitably change.
Valuepak shipping is charge after shipped, and it needs to be confiMYRed before the order is placed. Once shipped, it cannot be replaced to Air Freight.
If the fragile goods or the easily crushed goods, liquid, long items are damaged or burst during transportation, this case will not be able to apply for compensation. Therefore, the fragile goods and the goods that are easily crushed should be packaged well or using wooden frame/wooden box.
Note: Glass and mirrors are not accepted for shipment. If the customer insists to ship, he/she needs to bear the risk by own (protection layer such as wooden racking is required)
Goods are delivered to ground floor, please communicate with the driver if you need help to move your parcel upstairs.
Once the delivery is confiMYRed,recipient unable to receive, the second delivery cost will be borne by the recipient.
Note: In the rainy season, please make sure to prepare water-proof packaging before shipping in order to avoid damage to the goods during the transfer process, if have any damage of the goods no compensation cannot be applied.
The goods confiscated by the customs is can not apply for compensation.
Additional charge for packing with sack(MYR4/each), box(MYR5/each).
If the goods are lost, they will be compensated according to 30% of declaration price of the goods. (Only for goods which are lost, exclude goods are damaged or customs confiscation) For safety reasons, it is recommended to purchase insurance and apply for full compensation (freight charges is non-refundable). Insurance premium is calculated at 3.5% of the value of the goods. For imitation brand and all branded item not insured are not eligible for claims of compensation.
Before received the parcel, you need to check that the parcel is in good condition. If you find that the parcel is unusual, please indicate the problem on the consignment slip, photo taken, parcel weighed and submit to our customer service within 48 hours.
Each parcel provided with free storage service up to 60 days. After the deadline, it will be charged MYR 1 / day for each parcel, maximum up to 30 days, only allow to be stored up to 90 days. Expired parcel will be destroyed without notice.

For Valuepak Shipping which is more than 25kg considered as overweight packages, delivery day will be extended
